Orders received by 12.00 noon will normally be processed and shipped on the same day (provided that it is a working day and the payment method you have selected does not delay the delivery).

PayPal:
Easy, fast and secure payment directly in our online shop. Use your existing PayPal account and pay your order comfortably and free of charge. The payment confirmation from PayPal usually comes immediately and your order can be processed without delay. Any fees incurred by the payment service provider may be charged to the customer.
Payment in advance:
After your purchase at www.prespo.de you will receive an order confirmation to pay the invoice amount. After receiving the payment on our bank account, the goods will be shipped. The delivery of your order is therefore delayed by a few working days.
Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard):
The most modern and easiest way to pay. By specifying your credit card number and check digit, you can complete the payment. The final price of your order will be charged by your card when shipping the goods. Shopping with credit card for you is free for fees. This requires a valid credit card.
General note about delivery
Export consignments are only exempt from value added tax on direct delivery to the destination country. When delivering an export shipment with delivery address in the euro area, the German VAT must be calculated because the goods are not exported directly from the EU area. Unfortunately, a later refund (after export of the goods) is not possible for organizational reasons.
Customs fees
When shipping to non-EU countries, the customer bears the customs fees incurred. The amount of customs duties depends on the nature and value of the goods and the country to which they are sent in individual cases, as well as the costs of transferring funds such as bank transfer or exchange rate fees. It is advisable to ask the costs incurred before placing the order. The sender has no influence on the amount of the fees or on the processing of the calculation.
