Returns made easy.
In cooperation with our main shipper DHL, we offer you a very convenient and cost-effective way for your return.
How it works:
* Pack the goods safely and cleanly in a box
* Follow the link to the returns portal of DHL. Link to the return order
* Fill in the input mask of the portal without errors and confirm the entry.
* In the next step, you will receive a package sticker in PDF format via e-mail.
* Print the package sticker and put it on the box of the return delivery.
* Bring the package to one of the numerous post offices in Germany. The delivery is free of charge for you.
Please do not forget to enclose a completed return consignment note. Link to the return ticket
You can also use the return service to send a motor or other items to us for revision. Please provide detailed documentation and contact information to the motor. Our mechanics will contact you immediately upon receipt.
Information for the shipment:
Please pack the goods safely in a box.
Please note that only "cardboard" as outer packaging is allowed for shipping. Crates made of wood, metal or other materials are inadmissible and may lead to the sorting out of the consignment. The maximum weight per shipment is 31,5 kg. The maximum dimensions are 120 x 60 x 60cm (length x width x height) for standard packages or 200 x 200 x 200 cm For bulky goods packages. The maximum girth is 300cm (longest side of the package + 2 x width + 2 x height.
Your shipment is insured by DHL or our own transport insurance against possible damages.
For damage due to a lack of packaging, DHL or we as the recipient of the goods are not liable.
For a return we charge per package our cost price of: 5,70 EUR incl. VAT. The return of complaints or repairs remain free for you.

Shipping must be done by Austrian Post. Only paid packages will be accepted at the store. Unfortunately, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself. In the case of a justified complaint, we will refund the directly incurred shipping costs immediately.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you a cost-effective return service for returns from abroad. Organize by a local provider a shipment to our home address in Germany.
