Radiator details NEW-LINE RS MAX. “MAX” cooling fabric Since 2020, all NEW-Line models have been made from a new high-performance fabric. On the MAX fabric, the channel spacing was reduced from 8mm to 6mm. The number of water channels per cm² is thereby increased, which leads to an increased water flow in the cooler and thus to a higher heat exchange rate. The arrangement of the cooling fins has also been stretched slightly. The distance (measured across 20 cooling fins) was increased from 25mm to 30mm. The finer fabric allowed the cooler thickness to be reduced from 40mm to 35mm, which contributes to a significant weight reduction. The sum of the changes results in increased cooling performance of up to 10% and a weight reduction of 20% The RS MAX is 50mm smaller in width than its big brother, the BIG MAX. The RS MAX is recommended for use on engines that require medium cooling performance. By additionally installing a cooler roller blind (not included in delivery), the cooling surface can be reduced manually if necessary in order to quickly reach the optimal operating temperature or to reduce the cooling surface on cooler days. An infinitely adjustable radiator holder made of aluminum is included in the scope of delivery of every NEW-Line cooler. The overflow container from New-Line is also included in the scope of delivery. Technical details: ?
